With the help of simulation, we can see where and if problems will arise when injecting, as we find the deformation trends and potential creases in the product after injecting. This allows us to more efficiently plan injection moulds and consequently reduce costs.
In order to efficiently design injection moulds, our engineers use their expert knowledge in the field of injection moulding, materials, production and use of injection moulds. As agreed upon with our client, we choose the optimal solution for their product.
We manufacture injection moulds in our own toolshop using modern technology and highly skilled personnel. We keep to our timelines and keep our clients up to date during the production process.
We test our injection moulds on our own injection moulding machines. We respect certain parameters when testing. When we get the product in our hand, we check it and send it to our client who adds any comments if necessary. This is followed by optimisation until we reach the required perfection.
In order to achieve our desired accuracy, we already take measurements in the injection mould element production phase. We also carry out the measurement protocol on thermoplastic products with the purpose of finding deviations from the desired state.
